Two service options are offered,
Single Visit Service and Subscription Service.
Some people only need to see their Doctor once or twice per year, or less. For these people, a subscription service does not make sense. They use very few, if any prescription medicines, really don’t need lab tests, and require only minimal follow-up.
Other people take several medicines and need regular lab testing. They often go to their Doctor four or more times per year, even monthly. Or, they have frequent urgent care needs. They can’t wait weeks to see their Doctor when they need to be seen, and don’t want to see partners or assistants or random Urgent Care Providers. For these people, Subscription Service makes sense and will actually save them money.
Subscription Service includes:
- Unlimited Primary Care office visits usually available within days (not weeks) of your call.
- Attention to your Urgent Care needs that arise.
- Availability by email and dedicated phone line. Some of your needs can be managed without requiring you to come in to the office for a face-to-face visit.
- Discounts on lab and imaging services.
- Office dispensing for many of your common medications with discounted pricing.
Single Visit Service: $100 per visit with one free follow-up visit within 60 days.
Limited Pre-participation Physical Exams: $25 (free for subscription patients)
Subscription Service:
- $85 per month for individual patient
- $150 per month for two members of a family
- $200 per month for family of 3 or 4.
- Other situations managed on case-by-case agreement
- Special pricing for seminary students
Note: Subscription Service will be limited to 300 total patients to ensure good accessibility of care.
